Thank you for your interest in the Carderock Market!

The market will be held in the parking lot of the Carderock Springs Swim & Tennis Club, located at 8200 Hamilton Spring Ct, Bethesda, MD 20817, where we'll dedicate a back portion of our parking lot for our market vendors. The markets will take place on selected Thursdays throughout the spring, summer, and fall months.  Stay tuned to this website, where we will keep the most current market dates & information.

Each vendor is responsible for providing: 

• Tent (properly weighted for safety) 
• Tables and display setup (tables may be available upon request) 
• Lighting (if needed) 
• Trash and recycling handling 
• Payment processing (cash/card, etc.) 

There are no vendor fees. This is a community-driven market designed to support local businesses and makers.

We are hoping to curate a market that is community-first - neighbors connecting with neighbors.  We are very family-friendly, and find joy in welcoming others to the place we have fallen so in love with.  

We aim to create a market that is thoughtful, sustainably-focused, and balanced in market offerings. Our residents enjoy local and high quality products, foods, and services.  We also hope to be able to infuse local food trucks and live music into our market days.

We will do our best to host the market rain or shine (and can set up tents during rain). In the event of cancelation due to weather, we cannot be help responsible for vendor lost profits.
